From Easter to September, we run the Red Rose Café, a vegetarian/vegan eatery, which is open to the public as well as guests.
Our internet accecss comes through fibre optic cable - there is no mobile internet coverage in our area.
Breakfast is included in accommodation fees and served in our Refectory for all guests (except those staying in Gîtes with Kitchens provided).
Les Contes produces a large proportion of its food, keeping goats, sheep, pigs, and a collection of poultry and a thriving permaculture garden/food forest. You can experience our take on Vegan/Vegetarian food in the Red Rose Café from Easter to September each year.
Here at the Apothecary in Les Contes, we have rejuvenating living, mineral rich spring waters from our very own source that is available for drinking, bathing and is included in all the juices, facial mixtures, and the filling of the wood-fired hot tub.
We have chickens, pigs, dogs, a cat and most especially a large tribe of goats ready to keep you company!
We welcome all kinds of Ceremonial gatherings, from Hand-fasting to traditional Marriages, Baptisms, Funerals and all kinds of Blessings, Rites and Consecrations. Being ordained, Aletheia is officiated to perform ceremonies with legal and spiritual authority.
